Service Description
Soft Tissue Therapy session, lasting approximately 30 minutes at a home clinic here in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The session will consist of a short assessment followed by bespoke treatment designed specifically with the clients goals, injuries and requirements in mind. The treatment its self will include a wide arrange of advanced massage techniques such as, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Positional Release Technique (PRT), Active Isolated Stretching and Passive articulation of major joints. Pricing for 90 mins Sports Massage is £60 session whilst I await my final exam results. Pricing will be adjusted according after results.
