All treatments are subject to the following:

Cancellation within 24hrs, half of the full treatment cost will be required.

Rescheduling an appointment within 24hrs will be subject to 10 fee, this will be added to the next appointment.

If an appointment has already been rescheduled, a further £10 fee will be added to the appointment.

Bank details will be supplied so that deposits / cancellation fees can be made, when needed.
Whilst I am as accommodating as possible to those booking in and realise that life does happen.
Please do respect that this is how I make a living, by booking your appointment this means that I have turned down other work from another client. Therefore I kindly ask to give as much time as possible if cancelling or needing to reschedule.

All yoga classes that have been purchased through the TorKing Yoga website are non refundable, unless it is the teacher who is unable to attend class.
Classes that are purchased in block, this enables me to ensure that I am able to cover the room hire and teaching costs before going ahead with the scheduled class.
Drop in options are available, only if the class is not at full capacity. Therefore I can not offer this until the booking has closed on those classes. This means drop in’s are not guaranteed.

The world has changed due to Covid-19.
For your safety and mind, I treat with a mask on. Other than the obviously reasons, my livelihood is based about working with and around people so to keep us both safe I wear a mask.

As a therapist, I understand that it’s my duty when working in close proximity to ensure both the client and myself are as safe and secure as it can be. This means that during the pandemic I wore all the appropriate PPE needed and I also took weekly Lateral Flow tests. Now in 2022, we are out the other end of the pandemic however I am still wearing a PPE mask when treating clients, this is because I personally feel, and it also ensures that I am fully concentrating on the treatment at hand.
In October 2020, I undertook the qualification of ITEC Infection Prevention (COVID-19) for Complementary Therapies & Sports Massage - so you know that you are in Safe hands!
